When the design work is done externally the need to synchronize work need special attention. Bose Research have done designs for companies around the World for several decades and have long experience of addressing these challenges.

Between each project transition there are an approval activity where you as a customer gets an overview of what has been done in the finalized phase and all possible changes that have been agreed during that phase. By this process misunderstandings are avoided, and you as a customer have total control of the project activities. If any deviation is found it will be addressed before transition to the next phase.
